The Hong Kong China Rugby League (HKCRL) is the governing body responsible for organizing and managing domestic competitions, national teams, and player development programs across Hong Kong. Our mission is to create a sustainable rugby league ecosystem, nurturing talent from grassroots levels through to elite international representation. Through structured junior academies, high-performance training, and competitive leagues, we provide a clear pathway for athletes to excel. Beyond player development, we are dedicated to fostering coaching excellence, referee education, and community engagement—ensuring the sport thrives at every level.
